Electronic cigarette have this great advantage that you can choose the strength of the nicotine in your flavor as per your requirement, this is a great convenience for people who are quitting smoking. Nicotine is an addictive substance. If you are heavy smoker, you should be careful in choosing the nicotine strength, because lower strength will make you revert back to smoking, a gradual decline is a must. On the other hand if you are vaping for fun then lower nicotine strength is preferred.

However, this is not case with every person because different people react differently to nicotine level, heavy smokers may not like the high level of nicotine and similarly light smokers want high level of nicotine to suppress their cravings.
